Fixed.

This is a known problem that happens inside a Horde library when the
configuration is wrong. I don't plan to fix or workaround this before
the RC1.

Nothing was logged, see below.

The script is using the default log file location, like your regular
horde install does. But the log file was created from your original
install with the permissions of the web server user.

This is probably the usual issue people are experiencing with the most
recent horde versions and wrong cookie settings. But maybe I can check
for these settings in the setup script.

Please remove it. This is *not* the official RC1 and should not be
used for any other purpose than what I asked for. I don't want two
different RC1s floating around at some point.
