[dev] Help on install and configure Horde from Source Code for development

Hi,

I am patching IMP for ticket #2782, so I checked out the source code 
from CVS.
The problem is I cannot get it running. I am following the contribute 
guide, plus the README and INSTALL in the docs, but I don't get it.

I checked out horde module from HEAD.
Then I read the INSTALL part "Installing from CVS or Snaphots".
At this point, I am supposed to check out the framework module.
As I use WinXP, I run install-packages.bat wich gives me an error.
It says "CLI PHP has thrown an error and should be closed".

Besides, I am using Eclipse for handling PHP projects and CVS.
Eclipse does not allow to check out framework module inside horde module.

What can I do?
I have already PHP+Apache running.
I had no problem at all when installing from releases.
