[dev] Proposal for _group_hook

Ok, I've submitted a patch to lib/Horde/Group/hooks.php in http:// 
bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=4324

I'll fix up the example hook in config/hooks.php and attach that  
shortly.

Should I write something up for docs/UPGRADING, or would someone else  
normally do that?
