fwiw, I've been having problems with coyote when trying from a  
specific ISP, but it works fine from my office network. I can reach  
the machine, ping it, traceroute to it, but when I try to get anything  
useful from it, it times out.  I think it's a broken router somewhere  
between the ISP and coyote but can't get anyone to try to fix  
it...I've had to resort to using anon cvs on that particular machine...
