[dev] Default Identities in IMP don't seem to be here anymore.

I'm attaching a small area shot of the problem but with cvs head from 
today I can no longer select a default identity to configure in imp 
options -> personal information.

I have them correctly configured in horde and I was going to add a sig. 
for a new identity and found that I can't select identities.

I have updated all my configuration files and framework unless 
something slipped by me.
