[dev] Suggest module name .. merces .. Horde_Payment

So, I like the odd names, but I also know that a lot of people don't  
understand what the heck they are. So I've been wondering if we should  
name newer things more ... straightforwardly. Thus my suggestion of  
Horde_Payment, or if a more app-like name is wanted, maybe "pay" (as  
in /horde/pay or just /pay) or hpp (Horde payment processor).

Are people too attached to the names to give them up? Do others feel  
like they add more than they hurt?
