[dev] Agora flat forums patch

[Duck]

This is the first step to replace DT in Agora with flat tables. Is not
meant to be committed. But just for to show how I am moving and revice
some feedback. Currently consists only of a script that copies the forum list 
to a flat table. And patch for the new forums storage.
