[dev] Agora patch

[Duck]

- Optimize DB usage by not retrieving message body from db if 
thread_view_bodes is false.
- Add count update script.
- Add basic phorum import script.
- Fix countThreads(). Was counting all messages not just thread roots.
- Remove not used Agora::getFroumId()
- Fix thread selection.
- Small php doc fixes.
