[dev] "Apply filter rules upon logging on"

I'm starting to use Horde filters for the first time
and the only problem I'm having is that "Apply filter
rules upon logging on?" doesn't seem to work. When I
log in all the spam is there. When I hit the filter
button then it correctly runs the filters, but it
doesn't happen when I log on. Any ideas? I would have
it operate on refresh of the inbox but it adds a LOT
of time to every inbox refresh. Ideas?
