[dev] Delete support for WebDAV

I've added the attached patch to bug #4721, to implement delete support
for WebDAV.
Evolution needs this patch[1] in order to support read-write CalDAV.

With this patch and the one in bug #4267 I can now read and modify Horde
calendars in Evolution and Sunbird.


[1] Because Evolution checks for PUT _and_ DELETE support before
allowing write operations to a CalDAV collection.
