When Vilma is configured to use defaults table specification, the table 
*_fields parameter array is not set up in initialize make Vilma 
unusable. I tried to configure Vilma with custom parameters and entered 
the names of the default vima.sql structure. But I again I have index 
problems. I tried to fix this but I give up. Then the whole 
getAddresses() is missing in the sql implementation.
