[dev] Import vacrd to horde using Horde API

How can I import vacrd to horde using horde API without using the UI of
Horde.



Means that the vcf location has to take from a different form from a
differeent application and has to



import to a particular user's account in horde.



How can I run the import_vcards file in \turba\scripts location.



Whar are the three parameters I have to give??
