[dev] blog module

I started working on a blog module, that maybe can go into the 
incubator. It uses PEAR::Services_Talkback to talkback to other blogs 
and receive ping to its blogs. PEAR::HTML_Cloud  for creating tags cloud 
from the last blogs. And Horde_View to list blogs. I called it Thomas 
since the first formal request for freedom of speech was first made by 
Sir Thomas More in 1523.
