[dev] Problems with rich text editing in Jonah

    Is anyone else experiencing problems using the rich text editor in 
Jonah?  Switching to RT mode reloads the page, but continues to show the 
plain textarea.  I get various errors in FF2 saying things like 
'Prototype.Browser has no properties' and Event.Observe is not a function.

Looks like a problem with Prototype, but everything else seems to be 
working fine, including the RT mode in IMP.  Any help tracking this down 
would be appreciated!
