[dev] Alarms show text

Hi,

this might be a stupid question, but I'm not able to figure it out myself:
How is it possible to display "Alarm text" of an Alarm set by the 
Administrator, when
the "Alarm method" is "Inline Notification"?
I can see the "Alarm title" on each page loaded as "Inline Notification" 
but I can't sed the "Alarm text"

Thanks for any hint.
