[dev] classifieds module

Hi guys. Two weeks ago I posted a initial classified module. I received the 
classic notification that the mail is too large and the list admin must 
confirm it. But nothing happed later. In the while I nearly finished the 
module and already gone on-line. I can post my last version, if it is any 
interest to give it an incubator place, common used sites functionality. 
Otherwise I would not push it here any more.
