[dev] openid support?

That was me.

When I started down that path I lived in France. I'm now back in 
Scotland so the last couple of months have been a bit hectic, as you can 
imagine.

I have made a start on some code for the server but it is all for a 
generic library that will eventually be a replacement PEAR module for 
the JanRain PHP lib.

Anyway, I'm back on it now and as soon as I have anything to report I'll 
post some code up here.
