[dev] Nag Categories Problem

Hello,

after the last CVS update all categories in horde only show up with  
there first letter if e.g. a task is created or changed. The category  
"Hardware" vor example shows up as "H" and a new category "H" exists  
afterwards. Did I miss any necessary steps after upgrading? Or is  
there another solution to fix this?
