Yes, but there is no way to code contingent preferences in

For Horde: I don't really want to deal with BC right now. For IMP: in
the future sure, but IMP doesn't support anything but xinha right now.
FWIW, I personally think that trying to code these editors in a
framework manner is not worth the effort. Every time I want to use an
editor feature, I need to use it in a different way that a framework
just can't provide easily.
