[dev] Workers in Hermes and Gulliver

Finally is summer and I hope I will have time to finish Gulliver and do some 
changes to Hermes to fit my needs. The first things I would like to add in 
Hemres are workers. In the multiply employee environment is good that a job 
can be delegated to a certain worker. I guess the best place to store workers 
data is Turba. The same data will be used in Gulliver to create trips.
