[dev] Get a totally blank window when opening compose.

I just updated from cvs DIMP and all other horde apps, updated  
packages, pear, configuration files and now get a totally blank window  
when opening compose.  I haven't tested it for some while so I'm not  
sure when this crept in.

I don't see this as configuration but I could be wrong.  Maybe the  
browser.  This is firefox 2.0.0.4.  BTW, with opera I can't get to  
load to stop to see the inbox.
