Is it the expected behavior to get the Notification Date & Time (when  
the notification was actually SENT) instead of the actual Event's Date  
& time ?

Using current HEAD, It seems the "Date:" and "Time:" field in the  
email notification is the CURRENT Date & Time instead of the time the  
Event should actually happen.
