[dev] More Turba upgrade fun...

Question related to the flatten shares upgrade script - I noticed that  
it doesn't upgrade any existing contact lists that contain contacts  
from a source other than the one containing the list.  Are we  
purposely not attempting this or does this still need to be done?   
Guess it would really only be doable for sql based address books...
