[dev] New bug, or #4297

Hi,

i tested the Snapshot 2007-07-24 Version of Horde and IMP with the
emails that had the broken attachment (see  
http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=4297).
Now i only get an Fatal error: Call to a member function on a  
non-object in /usr/share/php/Horde/MIME/Part.php on line 1247

Is this a new bug or has the old bug gone worse? So should i post this  
as new bug, or add the infos to the old?

Is there a chance to get this fixed in the upcomming 3.2 release?
