[dev] kronolith web dav fatal error

I updated kronolith and calendars.php stops as I was without 
HTTP_WebDAV_Server pear package. Its requirement is not in any horde 
test(.php). I installed it to slove the problem. Below  is my error log to 
help you to fix the include check.
