[dev] Language switching in the sidebar

Parts of my Horde sidebar switches every minute from English to Turkish and vice versa.
This happened since I used translation.php tool in order to have a module translated.

Deleting cache didin't help. This happens with Firefox aswell as with Safari.

Has anyone got an idea how to fix this funny behaviour?
