[dev] reassemble CVS snapshots

hi there,

is there anyone who can give me a short howto on assembling the  
different horde modules in cvs.horde.org? especially on how to put the  
horde and the framework module together.

when i looked at the CVS checkouts of the different modules the paths  
looked very much different from any of the latest releases or release  
candidates that i downloaded as .tar.gz.

any help appreciated...

this might be very simple and i just miss the woods because of all the  
trees...
