[dev] Beatnik emerges from Incubator

This is a note announce the emergence of Beatnik from the Horde  
Incubator to Beta status.  If you are one of the Alpha users that has  
an existing Beatnik checkout please note that your existing checkout  
will no longer work for cvs updates or commits.  Please re-checkout  
Beatnik from its new location within Horde's CVS.  Beatnik's module  
name within CVS has changed from incubator/beatnik to beatnik.
