I would like to know if it's something on my setup or if there really  
is a bug with Kronolith's email notifications.

If I select "inline", it works like a charm. When I select email (with  
or without specifying an email address), I just don't get notified. It  
did work not so long ago, but it seems this is no longer the case.

I'm using a CVS checkout from March 7 and the latest HEAD and it does  
not work on either.
