As Jan indicated the first draft of the new Horde_Lock API was
designed and committed to CVS less than two days ago. As such it
does not yet have all of the functions implemented. However if you
have a minute I would greatly appreciate if you could take a look at
the API documentation and provide any feedback you may have as it
pertains to your intended use of the library.
