[dev] IMP / Compose fix for error missing phptype missed Webmail 1.1.1

Hi,

in Horde Webmail 1.1.1 with Imp: H3 (4.2) i got the same error, 
described and fixed in

The commit

with the fix for this was on 2008-05-26 but didn't made it into Webmail 
1.1.1. or at least only partial. horde/config/conf.xml got changed, but 
/imp/compose.php not.

I applied the changes for imp/compose.php and the error is gone. Just 
wanted to point it out, so it won't get lost.
