Looks like we didn't correctly set the 'core.sharedrepository' config  
value.  See:

I've set the config to 'group' so hopefully that will work.  However,  
I can confirm that the permissions in the objects directory still need  
to be fixed in 'horde' and 'horde-hatchery' before anyone else will be  
able to push commits at this time.  Looks like they are mostly owned  
by chuck, but I may have seen one or two files owned by bklang as well.

i think it should take nothing more than you cd'ing to horde.git and  
horde-hatchery.git and running 'git gc'.
