If a ".tar.gz" gets sent to me (with a different mail client), then I  
can see the content of the tar file (listing of the files in the  
archive). But if that "tar.gz" was uploaded using IMP Compose, then I  
won't be able to see the content within horde... so I'm not sure if  
this is the "known limitation" you mentioned.
