[dev] H3 Application releases

I have the following list of applications to be released, all in the  
H3 series, as in compatible with Horde 3.x:

Ansel 1.0
Chora 2.1
Forwards 3.1
Gollem 1.1
Klutz 1.0
Passwd 3.1
Trean 1.0
Vacation 3.1
Wicked 1.0

I'd like to get these rolling. As far as I know, there is no reason  
not to do RCs of Chora, Gollem, and Klutz. Any objection to getting  
those started this week?
