[dev] Self-buy advertisement module

Hello, I am back from Egyipt. So let's work :)

My next task is a module allowing our visitors to buy and manage advertisement 
on our site by their own, using predefined and limited templates (text banners 
only, no targeting, delivery limitation etc...). This will allow users to 
spend really small amount of money without interaction of our marketing. 
Because of small amounts, often such advertisement produces more cost in 
administration than revenue.

We are using OpenX, it means, campaign data will be managed by a driver 
interface implementing OpenX API. Midas currently has no API calls, so I won't 
implement it now. For purchasement Minerva and Horde_Paymnent will be 
implemented.

Has anybody done something like this, or has interests to join me.
