[dev] What to do with imp, mimp, dimp, chora, kronolith in CVS?

Okay. I have removed snapshots for imp, dimp, mimp, and kronolith;  
added notes to http://horde.org/source/modules.php for those same  
apps, and added 1ST.README files to HEAD for all of them.
