[dev] not updated modules

Now that some libraries are move to git and renamed (for example Browser -> 
Horde_Browser) is impossible to run modules that are and are not updated yet 
together. As class files are stored in the same position. I see that H4 
modules in incubator were updated to use new Horde_Browser class. But this 
must be done for all HEAD modules. For example now you cannot run an updated 
module and Ansel together.
