[dev] Horde permissions system

Hi guys,

I want to use the permission system of Horde to give read/write access
to users for folders in my application. So I was searching for some
papers which describe me the use of the permission system to build it
into my app. But I did not find anything until now yet. So I am asking
you for some help.
