No, it's not announced yet, but it's coming. Last year we weren't  
accepted as a mentoring organization due to not having an organized  
enough list of projects. Now we have http://wiki.horde.org/Projects,  
which is a pretty good start.

However: it's missing degree of difficulty, and a lot of projects are  
missing link resources and people. I'd like folks to start working on  
that now, as they can, so that we're in good shape to apply as a  
mentoring organization this year.

Similarly, please think about whether you can be a mentor for Horde.
