[dev] abiword as msword viewer

wv Utilities are not maintained for years now. As are deprecated in favor of 
Abiword. Wich has a  command line utility too. And even auto detects content 
type and has unicode support. Does any body object to drop the usage of wv and 
pass to abisource? http://www.abisource.com/.

For example my bank sends RTF with application/msword as mime type and our 
current msword viewer uses wvHtml that returns empty output. But abiword 
command line tool does the conversion well. PS: convert files in PDF too.
