Cool. Our current procedure is to put new code into the hatchery  
repository (in git - http://horde.org/source/git.php). If you send a  
username request and a public ssh key to core at lists.horde.org, we can  
get you set up with a developer account and import Kastalia into the  
hatchery repo.

After that, we can figure out what happens in terms of porting it to  
Horde 4, or H3 releases, or merging it somehow into Gollem.
