[dev] horde-hatchery -> horde-git Migration

Over a year's worth of commit history in horde-hatchery has (well
actually, is currently... absorbing this many commits has taken over
20 minutes so far and it is not done yet) been integrated into the
main horde-git repo. For future development purposes, there will only
be the need to checkout one repository: horde-git. horde-web and
horde-support will continue to be maintained as separate repositories.
  See http://horde.org/source/git.php for up-to-date information on
the current development repository structure.

An unintended side-effect of this migration is that all commit
messages from hatchery that contained a Horde Bug Ticket # are being
inserted into the appropriate ticket with new chora links to the
horde-git version of the commit message. So if you check your mail
and suddenly see 100's of bugs-related activity from the Horde bugs
database - this is the reason.
