This was a case of too much customization.  Quite frankly, I look at  
the options in IMP 4 when it comes to attachment display and *I* get  
confused.  Not good when the person responsible for writing/developing  
a feature doesn't know what it means.  Always a sign something needs  
to change.

A big focus of mine leading to H4 is an attempt to cleanup/simplify  
prefs.  This includes both locking more advanced prefs to sane  
defaults and removing prefs of questionable usage.
