OK, I was able to make a trace of a full sync from Win2003 Small 
Business Server Exchange to a Nokia E90 MfE. To give you comparable data 
I used the same contacts-data as in the try with horde and the same phone.

I send the trace to you directly.

As I'm not able to log on to horde at the moment (see my other message 
on this list) I can't do a new try with horde right now...
