If we are going to use the Injector for Http clients, should we use  
#createInstance() instead of #getInstance() since it's not out of the  
realm of possibilities that another bit of code has changed some  
default configuration? For example, the first code to request a http  
client might want to use POST instead of GET, but GET is the default  
behavior for Horde_Http_Request (and therefor Horde_Http_Client)  
objects.

This kind of bug is a nightmare to track down.
