[dev] Farsi Charachters

[Khodayar Doustar]

Figured it out, 276th line of screen.css file of default theme of horde
needs to be changed as follows:

   font-family: Tahoma, "Lucida Console",Courier,"Courier New";

problem is with the "Lucida Console" font which cannot show Farsi chars.
