2. Though you shouldn't "hack" it. ;-) It should be two-line-solution
(or more like five), if you add 'horde:admin:' permissions for those
features into horde/lib/api.php _horde_perms(), and then check for
those permissions in the admin/ pages that you want to control.
Some apps do something similar, like Whups.
