Horde 3 must run under PHP 4, so there may be some minor issues  
running on PHP 5.x, but overall, there should be no problems, assuming  
you properly configure PHP for things like not output error messages  
to the browser, ignoring E_STRICT (5.2) and E_DEPRECATED (5.3) etc...
