Yes, I somehow broke the thread thing and cannot find it anymore. I  
found this when I browsed my stack of yet-to-be-read lists. I think it  
was this one:

It was about which of the non-mainstream, legacy and incubator apps to  
drop and which apps to slip into horde4 and how/where the  
non-mainstream and contributed stuff should be presented.
