Actually  you  have  to  run:

"pear -d preffered_state=beta upgrade -c horde"

on most systems.

By  the  way  has anyone found how to upgrade horde packages only
without  upgrading  PEAR  itself  or other "stock" packages? Currently
upgrade  process catches all Horde requirements and upgrades them also
to the latest beta versions.
